Design phases

With over a decade of experience in residential design, we recognize the aspirations of homeowners who seek a truly bespoke home. Our design process unfolds across multiple phases, commencing with an initial consultation and the establishment of a design contract agreement. These phases include Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents. This systematic approach empowers us to craft a diverse array of designs, meticulously define precise measurements and finishes, and assemble a comprehensive set of construction documents enriched with detailed instructions. It's our commitment to transforming your dream home into a beautifully tailored reality.

Schematic Design

Throughout this creative journey, we delve into a myriad of iterations, massing options, and floor plans, tirelessly working to craft innovative arrangements that align with the homeowner's unique vision. Once our client selects their preferred scheme, and we've honed in on the specific design elements that resonate most with them, we seamlessly transition into the dynamic Design Development phase. This marks a pivotal step in transforming their dreams into a tangible and meticulously refined architectural reality.

Design Development

During this phase, attention is centered on the preferred design, refining essential elements of the house, including its structure, room dimensions, window placement, and more. The Design Development stage is also when finishes and the house's aesthetics are carefully chosen, utilizing 3D rendering to guarantee functionality, cohesion, and seamless integration. Once the homeowner confirms all these details, the groundwork for Construction Documents can commence.

Construction Documents

This stage is the culmination of the drafting process, where a meticulous assembly of drawings unveils every intricate detail of the project. These drawings not only provide graphic representations and connection details but also lay out precise specifications, ensuring that no aspect is left to chance. This final set of drawings serves a dual role - the first being the crucial tool for securing the necessary building permit, and the second, an indispensable reference guide on-site during the construction phase. It stands as the comprehensive blueprint for bringing the architectural vision to life, with every line and annotation speaking to the precision and excellence that the project demands.
